Cleveland Public Power (CPP) joined forces with Cleveland-based tech company Brilliency in 2017 to present an interactive digital platform to CPP customers. The platform allows customers to engage with the utility as well as learn more about their electric usage.
The digital platform, Brilliant Efficiency, powers MyCPP and provides interactive features that enable CPP customers to offer feedback on customer electricity matters. It also provides CPP with valuable data on the types of energy efficiency services and other programs that can provide the most value to the consumer. CPP customers can access the software program from MyCPP.org from any mobile device, tablet, or computer, as well as through a link on the homepage of the CPP website (cpp.org). Brilliency maintains the software and hosts the site for MyCPP.org.
This project supports CPP's vision of being innovative in providing services to its customers.
