Cleveland Public Power's administrative offices at 1300 Lakeside Ave.

Here at Cleveland Public Power, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority. Effective immediately, our buildings are closed to the public due to COVID-19 concerns.
We’re committed to maintaining reliable service, while also doing our part to limit the spread of coronavirus.
As indicated late last week we will not disconnect service due to non-payment until further notice is provided.
We strongly encourage you to access and manage your account 24-7 using our digital tools.  We know this could be a time of hardship or financial difficulty for our customers. We are here to help with payment arrangements and refer you to agencies that can assist you with payments.
Visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website at cdc.gov for additional information about COVID-19. Hygiene practices that help prevent the spread of viruses include:
•    Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
•    Avoid touching your face, including eyes, nose, and mouth, with unwashed hands
•    Avoid close contact with people who appear ill.
•    Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. Then, wash or sanitize your hands.
•    Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces, such as cell phones, computers, phones, and car steering wheels.
