August 27, 2026 - The City of Cleveland and Bike Cleveland have worked together to launch the Cleveland E-Bike Rebate Program. This is a one-year pilot program that helps residents to save money when purchasing a new electric bicycle (e-bike).
The program supports the City of Cleveland's Climate Action Plans by increasing transportation choice for all Clevelanders, no matter their age, ability, or resources.
E-bikes can help you get to work, school, the store, or around your neighborhood while saving money and reducing air pollution. This program is funded by the George Gund Foundation and other philanthropic support.
The Cleveland E-Bike Rebate Program is open to City of Cleveland residents who meet the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must live within the City of Cleveland
- Only one e-bike per household can be awarded
