Assistance Programs

Cleveland Public Power is dedicated to assisting our customers who may need assistance in meeting their monthly obligation. This includes customers who are disabled, senior citizens, or those who meet the low-income household guidelines.  We do not fund any programs, but we work with a number of agencies to help our customers bring their bills current.  Here is a list of the programs we routinely work with. Call or visit these agencies for full benefits information, eligibility requirements, and applications.
