Your username and password for your account is unique and will not be shared with others by CPP. We strongly recommend you do the same. You have to register to access your accounts or pay your bill through this site. For added security, your login session will be timed out after 10 minutes. You may have to log back to access your accounts.

Refund Policy

All Payments made by customers towards their electric bill using a credit card will be subject to the following rules.

a) Payments using credit card are not subject to refunds.

b) Payments made in excess against the bill amount, which results in a credit balance will be adjusted in the following monthly billing cycle.

c) At the customers written request, refund(s), due to overpayment, are reviewed and subject to the City of Cleveland's refund process.

d) Any questions or concerns regarding refunds of overpayments or your account should be made by calling customer care at 216-664-4600 or by filling out an online form at www.cpp.org/contact.html

e) The refund will be made in the form of a check made payable to the registered name on the electric account. The refund process may take up to 90 days.
