Installation of new billing system causing telephone delays

As we improve our billing system, you may experience longer hold times here at Cleveland Public Power. We are aware and working to get to all calls as quickly as possible. 

The new system will allow CPP to continue providing our customers with seamless service delivery. This conversion represents an upgrade and you, our customers, will not experience any interruptions in service. This change will result in a new account number, but that is the only direct impact you will experience.
When your new bill arrives we suggest you note this new 10-character number for use on any other online payment accounts you may have, you will not have to make any changes to your account.
